Dr. Dre’s Estranged Wife Nicole Young Wants 3 Of His Alleged Mistresses To Testify Against Him In Court
It seems like the divorce drama between Dr.Dre and his estranged wife Nicole Young won’t be settling down anytime soon. According to reports, Nicole Young is asking for three of Dr. Dre’s (born Andre Young) alleged mistresses to testify against him in court. The three women that Nicole Young is allegedly attempting to subpoena depositions from are musical artists Jillian Speer and Crystal Rogers (aka Crystal Sierra) and model/entrepreneur Kili Anderson. According to reports, Nicole Young wants the women to testify in hopes that it will overturn the prenuptial agreement she has with Dr. Dre.
The women in question have teamed up and hired Kris LeFan as their attorney to fight the subpoenas against them so they won’t have to appear in court. According to Kris LeFan, anything that allegedly took place between Dr.Dre and the women wouldn’t hold up in court.
“Any extramarital affair would be irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties, including depositions and discovery proceedings, evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible.”
As previously reported, Nicole Young shared earlier this summer that she felt pressured into signing their prenuptial agreement. She said,
“I was extremely reluctant, resistant and afraid to sign the agreement and felt backed into a corner. Given the extraordinary pressure and intimidation by Andre, I was left with no option but to hire a lawyer (of course, with the help of Andre’s team of professionals) and unwillingly signed the agreement very shortly before our marriage.”
Nicole Young also stated that Dr.Dre destroyed the prenup as a romantic gesture two years into their marriage. She said,
“Andre acknowledged to me that he felt ashamed he had pressured me into signing a premarital agreement and he tore up multiple copies of the agreement in front of me. Since the day he tore up the agreements, we both understood that there was no premarital agreement, and that it was null and void.”
However, sources close to Dr.Dre has denied both claims.
