‘Friday’ Actor Tommy ‘Tiny’ Lister Was Reportedly Worried He Had COVID-19 Again Days Before His Passing

Just days after Tommy “Tiny” Lister passed away, it has been reported that the Friday actor was afraid he had a second bout with COVID-19.

According to TMZ, his close ones believe he passed away from the coronavirus, which was declared a pandemic earlier this year.

A rep for the late actor, Cindy Cowan said he already had coronavirus four months ago after suffering the typical symptoms like having trouble breathing. While his diabetes put him at high risk, he was never admitted to the hospital and quarantined at home instead.

Then earlier this month, Cowan said Lister was scheduled to come to her house but called and said he was experiencing COVID-19 symptoms again, and that he shouldn’t come over because he didn’t want to spread it. He also canceled his filming for an upcoming movie and a panel on Zoom earlier this week.

Unfortunately, he passed away just days later. It was reported that the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department discovered his body when performing a welfare check. His friends were worried after not hearing from him.

He reportedly expressed to Cowan that he wanted to take the vaccine when it was available, so he could go back to his life and spend quality time with his daughter.

Funeral arrangements for Lister have not been made public yet.

Continued prayers for his family, friends, and loved ones.
