EXCLUSIVE: Real Housewives Of Potomac Considers Adding Adds Mia Thornton To The Cast

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports that Bravo is possibly adding newbie Mia Thornton to The Real Housewives Of Potomac. Sources tell us that Mia Thornton is set to be added as either a full-time cast member or friend of the show. With the recent departure of ‘RHOP’ vet, Monique Samuels, theJasmineBRAND exclusively reported in January that the franchise was looking to add two new cast members. According to sources, Mia Thornton is in the lead to be added to the show. While we don’t know too much about the possible newbie, she is seemingly making boss moves. Not only is she a wife and mother, Mia Thornton is a marketing director, owns a beauty/cosmetic company, and owns multiple chiropractic offices in the DMV area. Allegedly, she is friends with RHOP vet, Ashley Darby.

The most recent season of Real Housewives of Potomac was an explosive one, which included a violent altercation between cast members Candiace Dilliard and Monique Samuels.

After the season 5 reunion aired, Monique Samuels announced that she was leaving the show. She joined the cast in season 2.

With her absence, the show is in need of a new addition. A source exclusively told us,

“Potomac needs to fill Monique’s role on the show. Before Monique quit, production was anticipating following the aftermath of Monique and Candiace – will they reconcile? Will the cast remain divided? Now that she’s gone, they’ll need to explore new people.”

The Real Housewives of Potomac premiered on January 17, 2016, as the eighth installment of The Real Housewives franchise. It has aired five seasons and focuses on the personal and professional lives of several women living in Potomac, Maryland.

Mia Thornton is already following all of the RHOP ladies on Instagram including former cast member, Monique Samuels. The current cast consists of Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Robyn Dixon, Karen Huger, Candiace Dillard, and Wendy Osefo.
