Update: Wendy Williams’ Ex Kevin Hunter Says He Despises Charlamagne In Leaked Audio, Also Seemingly Admits To Axing Radio Personalities HBO Deal & Sending Negative Stories To Press

Update #2 (May 24th): Audio of Wendy Williams’ ex-husband Kevin Hunter pledging to launch a smear campaign against Charlamagne has surfaced after Kevin Hunter made remarks about the radio personality.

In the alleged audio from Unwine with Tasha K, Kevin Hunter is heard referencing sexual assault claims against Charlamagne from a woman named Jessica and Charlamagne getting fired from a gig with HBO.

“I’m gonna keep it a thousand with you. Even when all that s*** went down with that girl Jessica..Whatever Choke and them was doing, that was bulls***. I put the gas on that s*** when I sent it to ‘The Blast’ and all that s***. That’s what got his a** off the HBO s***. That’s what made him want to go after me really hard.”

He continued to call his publicist a homophobic slur and added,

“I had a sloppy publicist at the time, Danny. He’s a sloppy f***** a** he went and, I don’t know what he did but he leaked the whole s*** and kind of blew it up. But he know I did it, he know I made a phone call and put the gas on that s***.”

He said of Charlamagne, 

“I despise that lil n***a. I feel like I’m the only one who can take him out ’cause I brought him here. It’s definitely a serious situation…You’re gonna see his reaction ’cause he’s a b****. He’s gonna immediately start attacking. I ain’t got no more skeletons no more, okay? Whatever Wendy trying to do with him and s***, I don’t even care. ‘Cause I know it’s not gonna get off the right way ’cause I already know her state of mind, and I know where he’s at… He’s at his weakest right now.”

Original Story (May 21st): Former NBA player Kwame Brown is back in the media this week for posting more venomous IG LIVE rants, but this time, his target is radio personality Charlamagne.

Earlier this week, Kwame Brown video blasted retired NBA star Matt Barnes.

Charlamagne told The Breakfast Club listeners to “leave Kwame Brown alone” because of his family history involving Kwame’s father allegedly killing his girlfriend with an axe handle and his brother allegedly committing a murder-suicide.

Charlamagne said,

“I’m saying all that to say, leave Kwame alone. That man has been quiet for 20 years, he don’t bother nobody. Clearly all that ‘he’s a bust up’ gets to him. You don’t know what people are going through or have been through.”

Kwame appeared to be triggered by Charlamagne’s comments and had no qualms about responding via social media. Kwame came back with a reference to an alleged 2018 rape case that alleged Charlamagne raped a woman by the name of Jessica Reid in 2001.

“Rapist, Charlemagne Tha God. Rape case guy that actually pled guilty and got away with it. We gon’ find that girl you raped, punk. Allegedly. Matter of fact, we ain’t gotta say allegedly ’cause you on the docket, b**ch.”

Kwame continued,

“Why is he still on a national radio show? I thought it was love all women or am I absolutely right that it’s ‘pick me(s)’, and if it’s the m’fer you go eat lunch with or the m’fer you follow on instagram that you like, a punk b**ch can brag and dominate a woman then sit there and talk about it in an interview, further mentally f’n up this lady.”

Kwame then accused black women of being complicit ‘in this s***”, adding,

“Dis n***a  has a lot, a lot, a lot of famous black women that’s his friend. I’m going to expect you women to unfollow this son of a b**ch. Are y’all supporting his behavior? Why do Charlamagne Tha God get a pass for what he did?”

As if the situation weren’t convoluted enough, Wendy Williams’ ex-husband Kevin Hunter, chimed in with this to say,

“I see we back to CHARLEMAGNE (sp) story telling time (salute to Kwame Brown)….after all the talk I think it’s time to share some real scary truths about an individual y’all really still no nothing about.”
