Khloé Kardashian Sends Tristan Thompson’s Paternity Accuser Cease And Desist For Allegedly Sharing Fake DM, Woman Now Claiming Her IG Was Hacked
Khloé Kardashian appears to be ready to take legal action against the woman, Kimberly Alexander, claiming to have a child by her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Khloé Kardashian’s attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter to Kimberly Alexander on Tuesday (June 1) after she seemingly admitted to faking a DM from Khloé. The Good American brand owner also requested that Kimberly Alexander stop defaming and/or harassing her on social media and elsewhere or she’ll be hit with a lawsuit.

Earlier this week Alexander appeared to share a screenshot of what she claimed to have been an unopened Instagram DM from Khloé Kardashian reaching out to talk to her. In the caption of the post, she called the reality star a ‘sister wife’ that was now ‘exposed.’

It didn’t take long for Khloé’s team to provide receipts and show that the DM was a message that Alexander seemingly sent herself. Soon after Alexander posted a lengthy apology message via her IG stories for faking the DM but she was still adamant that Tristan Thompson is the father of her child.

The legal documents filed on Khloé’s behalf by her lawyer called out Alexander for lying. The documents state,
“You put words in her mouth that she never said and that she wouldn’t say. You faked the whole thing. And you have now publicly admitted it.”
Khloé’s lawyer also claimed that Tristan has taken a paternity test twice and both times he was proven not to be the father. In addition to that, Khloé’s lawyer shut down Alexander’s allegations that the DNA test was a “Kardashian affiliated facility,” adding,
“It is no such thing. It is one of the most reputable labs in the country, and your own lawyers approved it and accepted the test results.”
Alexander seems to be unmoved by Khloé’s legal threats and is now claiming that her IG was hacked and she had nothing to do with the fake DM or the apology afterward. Today (June 2) Alexander shared via her IG stories a few screenshots to show she’s been locked out of her IG the past few days. The images included her emailing someone to inform them that her account was hacked and an alleged alert from Instagram about an unusual login.

She also continued her trolling and shared an article about the potential lawsuit she may face and added that Khloé won’t win.

Alexander wasn’t done there, she uploaded several posts to her Instagram calling Khloé’s lawyer a liar and claiming that a second DNA test never took place.

Kimberly Alexander added another screenshot to her IG stories and alleged that Kris Jenner is responsible for selecting the paternity doctor.
