Chet Hanks’ Ex Kiana Parker Is Claiming He Was Cut Off By His Parents, Tom Hanks & Rita Wilson, For Drinking & Weed Use

Chet Hanks might not be able to have the white boy summer he initially planned due to allegedly being financially cut off by his famous parents, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson. As previously reported, Chet Hanks’ ex-girlfriend Kiana Parker is suing the 30-year-old actor for $1 million for assault and battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She confirmed the news of the lawsuit via her Instagram account back in April and captioned the image,

“This is the first step on a long road to justice. Only looking forward, no looking back.”

Kiana Parker isn’t done calling out her ex for his ill behavior and recently shared in an interview with Radar that Chet’s alleged drinking and weed problems have seemingly landed him in the hot seat with his parents. She said,

“Our relationship was OK, but he wasn’t OK. He wasn’t treating me bad, he was just dealing with his mom and dad cutting him off because he started drinking and smoking weed again, and that wasn’t in their rule book to support him. So they cut him off.”

She continued and revealed that she helped Chet find a new apartment when he had nowhere to go.

“His apartment was up, his roommate was moving and he didn’t have anywhere to go, to be there when nobody was. He would have bad days when he would get texts from his parents and fight so many demons and so many issues.”

Kiana added,

“Where I’m from, how I was raised, my parents love and support, and that’s our way of healing and getting through things. So me just doing those southern things was what I thought was pouring love, support, being there. I thought that could help. But what I learned is you can’t fight anyone else’s demons.”

She also shared that her ex is still dealing with a lot of unresolved issues from his childhood.

“He’s been – he’s still to this day, I don’t care what anyone says, I know him – he’s fighting a lot of childhood demons. A lot. That’s the main problem with him is his parents. It’s not perfect like the world thinks. So he’s dealing with that and was dealing with trying to stay sober with no drinking, but he’s back doing that.”

In addition to that, Kiana spoke on Chet selling ‘Black Queen Summer’ merchandise to go with his ‘White Boy Summer’ phrase/song.

“He’s doing things to make quick money. He’s doing things for clout. He’s just a different person on the internet.”

Chet Hanks has yet to respond to the cut-off allegations from his ex but he did seem to enjoy his July 4th. Torrei Hart, the ex-wife of famous comedian/actor Kevin Hart, shared a video clip to her Instagram page hugged up with Chet at a party. The pair were all smiles as they complemented each other and talked about Chet’s decorative cup. She captioned the post,
