DaBaby Denies Trying To Talk To A Married Woman Via IG DMs, Alleges Screenshots Are Fake + Woman Says She Has Phone Recordings To Prove Her Story, Suggests Rapper Sent Threats

Update #1 (Oct. 7): DaBaby has spoken out after a woman alleged he tried to get with her on Instagram.

He took to his Instagram stories to issue a PSA that he would never try talking to a married woman. He also alleged the screenshots the woman, whose name is @mrslatruth on Instagram, shared are fake and were concocted by a graphic designer.

He said,

“Hey look man, real quick, real short and sweet. Whichever one of you graphic designer n***as took my name and that blue check and created that fake a** motherf***ing DM, made me look like I’m out here trying to slide in somebody wife DM, you dead f***ing wrong. You dead wrong n***a.”

He addressed his language in the screenshots and said,

“I don’t even talk like that n***a. Pick up on my lingo a little better next time. And then maybe it’ll make some bigger blog sites. Pick up on my lingo a little better. Make it sound a little more like me.”

“But all in all, don’t be using my motherf***ing face to play with no motherf***ing married couple. N***as ain’t playing about that s***. N***as is living and dying by that s***. Don’t put my face on that n***a. Don’t put them type of problems on my plate.”

He put his hands up and ended with,

“I don’t want no trouble dawg… with no n***a wife. I wouldn’t no b****, I wouldn’t slide in a single woman’s DM talking like that. That’s too loose.”

In response, @mrslatruth not only denied that she made the allegations to get attention but also stood by her claims and alleged DaBaby’s video was an attempt at damage control. See her posts below.

She also alleged she had a phone recording to prove her story and suggested that DaBaby sent threats.

Original Story: DaBaby is back in the headlines but this time, he had someone else do the talking.

Jonathan Kirk, also known as DaBaby, 29, is making news again for allegedly trying to talk to a social media influencer, who is a married woman. The woman, whose Instagram name is ‘@mrslatruth,’ called out DaBaby on her IG, claiming he sent another woman in an attempt to talk to her knowing that she was married.

In her caption of the post, which included screenshots of the direct messages, she wrote,

“PSA announcement (I DON’T PLAY ABOUT MY MARRIAGE)!! The ultimate disrespect for me is to have someone who steps in your dm who 1) Not only knows your married , 2) was in the midst of doing business with my husband, 3) I ain’t nobody’s BIHHH and 4) disrespect my husband and my marriage!!! Some ppl would say you should just ignore it but NAH this is the ultimate disrespect that I can’t look past my profile clearly says MRSLATRUTH and my husband is LATRUTH the person your team has spoken too plenty of times”

She continued,

“He went behind my husband back and sent a woman to do his dirty work and hoping that it wouldn’t get back to my husband and thought I would keep it on the hush hush because of who you are!! Nah I’m NOT one of themmmmm. Those females you use to dealing with who would jump out of a moving car just to fk with you ! I’m SOLID and can’t be impressed by any man but my husband.”

And also added,

“Nah he ain’t the first and I’m sure he ain’t the last there’s been NBA & NFL players in my dm but they weren’t disrespectful and my husband didn’t know of them and wasn’t doing business with them they were left unread and deleted but it’s the principle of him KNOWING my husband , looking at my profile twice because he asked her “this my second time seeing her that’s a sign right?” and on my profile you clearly see me posting and tagging my husband even in the screenshot you took of my profile shows my husband in the recent posts so you knew!!”

She concluded by saying,

“So to all the MEN who wants to attempt to dm or send someone to get at me for you this should be your sign NOT TOO!! Most Women would be ecstatic to have this person wanting to talk to them but I’m NOT! I don’t want none of y’all I’m good where I’m at. If you been following me from day one y’all know I don’t acknowledge men in my comments, I don’t acknowledge them on my live, I don’t bring them on my live I don’t engage with them at all so I don’t even see why you would attempt to try me I ain’t never been no friendly female to no men and idgaf what status you are IM GOOD!”

She also posted to her story expressing how disrespectful men can be and that her name isn’t MrsLaTruth for nothing.

Her husband, La Truth, who is a rapper and actor, responded to her post with,

“One thing my father taught me when I was growing up was never to f*** with a married woman because I could get my head blown off and the woman’s husband wouldn’t even be wrong. It’s time to show mf’s what’s up with me tho. #BeastmodeActivated. Time to spank these little n*****.” 

DaBaby has not responded to any of the allegations or comments at this time.
