Fat Joe Claims DaBaby Is The Modern Tupac + DaBaby Agrees: This Gonna Make N***as Slam They iPhone On The Floor
Is DaBaby the 2021 version of Tupac Shakur?
As you may recall, a special edition of Rap City–dubbed Rap City 2021–aired earlier this month. At one point in the special, Big Tigger–who previously hosted the original series–sat down with Fat Joe to play a rap-based game. Essentially, the game involved Big Tigger name-dropping an earlier rapper and Fat Joe having to name the modern version of that artist.
The very first rapper to be brought up was Tupac. After thinking it over for a bit, Fat Joe revealed who he believes is the modern-day Tupac: DaBaby! The 51-year-old rapper said:
“I should know the Tupac one. I don’t know–it’s hard to be these guys. I mean, you’re asking me some crazy stuff. I would say DaBaby.”
