K. Michelle Says ‘God Don’t Do Us Like This’, As She Mourns The Loss Of Her Grandfather
While the holiday season is a joyous occasion for many, it can also be a sad time for others. Sadly, singer K. Michelle lost her grandfather earlier this month right before Christmas. In a series of social media post, the 39-year-old reality tv star/singer shared various pictures and videos of her beloved grandfather. They just celebrated his 92nd birthday, just weeks before his passing. In an Instagram post shared on Dec.17, the singer wrote:
“My Guy! 3 weeks ago on your 92nd bday! It’s forever with you and me grandpaw”

Today (12/28) in a string of tweets, K. Michelle is pouring her heart out in mourning the loss of her grandfather. In the wee hours of the morning, the singer started tweeting about her late grandfather. She first wrote,
“Please bring my grandpa back. God, don’t do us like this. I beg. I’ll do anything.”

She continued,
“I laying here shaking, begging you God to not do this to me tomorrow. I can’t live without him. My momma need him. I’m just drinking, crying, drinking again. Stop this sh*t now.”
It appears her grandfather’s funeral is set for today (12/28). In a string of tweets, K. Michelle is seen going through a whirlwind of emotions and anxiously anticipating the burial of her grandfather.
