Meagan Good & DeVon Franklin Finalize Divorce Details, Neither Will Pay Spousal Support

Things are moving forward in the legal split between Meagan Good and her estranged husband DeVon Franklin.

Radar reports that the former couple recently settled financial and property matters of their pending divorce. Additionally, reports state that DeVon Franklin, 43, has asked a judge to move forward with the divorce as Meagan Good, 40, has failed to show up for court.

According to reports, actress Meagan Good has relinquished all legal rights in her divorce case from DeVon Franklin. Reportedly, the “Harlem” star didn’t even hire a lawyer for the settlement, as the pair agreed on how to divide property and assets prior to court filings. Sources say that Meagan agreed to let DeVon complete paperwork filings on his own. Court documents show that both parties agreed to terminate the right to request spousal support.

As previously reported, after almost a decade of marriage Meagan and DeVon shocked everyone after announcing their split back in December of 2021. Collectively, they shared a unified message via their social media explaining that “no one is at fault,”  and they are just moving forward towards different paths but will “forever be connected”.

Reportedly, legal documents show that DeVon petitioned for the judge to make decisions on the case without a court appearance from Meagan. After filing the petition, the motivational speaker immediately handed over his financial information. The estranged couple does not share any children. Additionally, DeVon says he didn’t request any money, property, costs, or attorney fees from Meagan.
