Rihanna Is Adjusting To Parenthood W/ A$AP Rocky, Singer Is In ‘Awe’ Of Their Baby Boy & ‘Barely Leaves His Side’ Says Source

Rihanna has been living life as a mother since she and A$AP Rocky welcomed their first child together this month, and she’s loving every aspect of it.

Rihanna, 34, and boyfriend A$AP Rocky, 33, welcomed their baby boy on May 13 in Los Angeles. Since meeting their son, the two have been “doing great” as new parents, according to a source close to the couple. The insider said:

“Being a new parent is of course an adjustment, but they are doing great. Their baby boy is healthy and Rihanna is just in awe of him. She really was so excited to be pregnant. She loved it. Meeting her son was of course extremely special too.”

The source continued:

“Rihanna barely leaves his side. She is a fantastic mom. She wanted to give birth in L.A. since she has a big house with a yard. She enjoys sitting outside with her baby.”

The inside source added that singer and fashionista, Rihanna, “doesn’t seem rushed to get back to work” and

“very much enjoys spending quiet time with her baby.”

As previously reported, Rihanna and rapper A$AP Rocky announced they were expecting while hanging out in New York City in January. Rihanna was seen debuting her stylish baby bump alongside the father of her child, Rocky.

The couple were first reported to be dating in December 2020, however, they are longtime friends. The source said that both Rihanna and Rocky were excited to be parents and added:

“Everything Rihanna does, she does it her own way on her own time table, and having a baby is no different. They’re just like any other pair of parents-to-be. Yes, they happen to be famous but they’re just the cutest, giddiest young couple that’s expecting kids.”
