Update: NeNe Leakes’ boyfriend, Nyonisela Sioh, is speaking up about the lawsuit the reality star is currently facing from his alleged wife. In a lengthy now-deleted IG post the businessman said,

“The best thing you can do to yourself in life is not to allow negative people to bring you down to their level.”

He added,

“Avoid the ingrates, those who complain about one thing you haven’t done for them instead of being appreciative for the thousands of things s you’ve done for them.”

According to TMZ, Nyonisela has a wife named Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh. Reportedly, Malomine is suing the former Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star.

In the lawsuit, Malomine claims that when NeNe and Nyonisela began dating, he was still married to her.

She alleges that NeNe caused her marriage to collapse and she was humiliated when NeNe posted her husband Nyonisela. Malomine claims she suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection. According to the site, North Carolina is one of 7 states where a person can sue a spouse’s extramarital partner for alienation of affection. Malomine is suing for more than $100K.
