Cardi B recently gushed over her love for her husband Offset during one of her latest interviews.

Rap artist Cardi B, 29, is doing a lot of media press this week to promote her new single “Hot Shit” featuring Kanye West, 45, and Lil Durk, 29.

Belcalis Almánzar, known professionally as Cardi B, joined the ladies of “Angela Yee’s Lip Service” podcast and opened up about falling in love with her husband Offset, born Kiari Cephus. The mother-of-two also discussed topics such as getting robbed by an ex, being unable to admit when she’s wrong, and much more.

During the July 5, episode, Cardi blushed over her first date at the Super Bowl with Migos rapper Offset, the couples first public appearance in February 2017. At one point during the sit-down, the media personality recounted how she knew Offset, 30, was “the one” for her. She told show hosts:

“Well, I just… I mean he was aggressive with the way he was trying to like, holla at me, like hitting up my friends and everything.”

Cardi opened up about initially not wanting to go on the date with Offset due to the public seeing the two together. She shared that her publicist/friend told Offset that she didn’t want to get embarrassed prior to their first date. The “Up” rapper continued:

“So he’s like, ‘Yeah I really like her I’m seeing her like that, I’m seeing her like that.’”

She added:

“I haven’t f*cked him yet. I f*cked him after and I was like ‘Oop!’ I like it, I really like it. For sure for sure. And it’s like, but now I got to make you mine mine.”

According to reports, Cardi and Offset met in 2016 and started dating in early 2017. They secretly tied the knot on September 20, 2017. The pair share daughter Kulture Kiari, 3, and son Wave Set, 7 months, together.
