‘Black Ink Crew’ Star Ceaser Emanuel Seemingly Compares Himself To MLK & Rosa Parks Amidst Surrendering To Police Over Animal Cruelty Charges
“Black Ink Crew” star Ceaser Emmanuel has turned himself over to authorities!
Just weeks after a video of him abusing a dog went viral, Ceaser Emanuel surrendered to the Fulton County Police Department in Georgia over animal cruelty charges. According to jail records, Ceaser is facing two misdemeanor charges of animal cruelty and one felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals.
As previously reported, VH1’s “Black Ink Crew” star Ceaser Emanuel was fired from the show and the network last month after a video surfaced of him allegedly abusing dogs. The now-viral video appears to show Ceaser using profanity toward a dog and hitting it multiple times with a metal chair. Fans were instantly disturbed by the video, many calling for him to be fired.

“We have made the decision to cut ties with Ceaser Emanuel from Black Ink Crew New York. Since next season was close to finishing production, this decision will not impact the upcoming season.”
Shortly after his firing, the reality star and his attorney spoke out claiming the video isn’t quite what it seems. Ceaser Emmanuel claims he was simply breaking up a fight between his two dogs until one of them allegedly went after him. He told sources,
“I know the footage looks crazy, even me looking at it looks crazy. But it’s a moment in time I wish I could take back…I came home and my dogs were attacking each other, and I don’t mean the regular play fighting. I mean they were going for each other’s necks, basically trying to kill each other. When I separated the dogs, one of the dogs attacked me.”
Ceaser then claims that when he opened the garage door in hopes of de-escalating the situation, he became scared as his dog grew more aggressive.
“I was nervous and I was scared.. I was trying to back the dog down. Not one time was I trying to abuse this dog… I’m not going to make excuses for myself, I should have behaved better but that’s not me being cruel to animals, I’m not that. What I did was a mistake.”
On Thursday (July 21) Ceaser took to his Instagram Story to share a few subliminal messages. The tattoo artist first shared a mugshot photo of both Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks.
He later posted two memes that shared similar sentiments about getting through a difficult time in life.
