Sterling Shepard’s Mother Reacts To His Estranged Wife Chanel Iman Posting Blended Family Photo With Her New Boyfriends Son: She Is Still Married, This Is Ridiculous!

Looks like the mother of NFL star Sterling Shepard does not approve of his estranged wife’s new relationship.

Supermodel Chanel Iman recently posted an adorable pic that was met with criticism by her ex’s mother. The photo features the 31-year-old’s two daughters, whom she shares with Shepard, 29, and her new boyfriend, Davon Godchaux’s son.

Commenting under the post, Shepards mother felt it important to remind the former Victoria Secret’s model that she’s still married. Iman and Shepard announced their separation publicly back in January of this year.

In a now deleted comment, Cheri Shepard responded to one fan admiring the pic, writing:

“she is still married. This is ridiculous. Signed, concerned grandmother”

After another user commented “blended I love it”, the athlete’s mother continued in another comment that is now deleted, writing:

“not yet, she is still married, get divorced!….I’m their grandmother”

Though neither Iman nor her Shepard have commented much since the separation, his mother has made it clear things aren’t yet legally finalized. In the initial separation announcement, sources claimed the former couple had been separated for a while and were pursuing divorce. Adding that they hoped to remain civil for the sake of their two young daughters.

The April following their split, the runway star debuted her new boo, NFLer Davon Godchaux, 27, on her instagram page. The two have been seemingly going steady since attending the Coachella festival together the same month.

Despite all the drama, it seems Iman remained in good spirits, only adding a few laughing emoji’s in response to Cheri Shephard’s comment. Sterling Shepard has not many public comments about the situation at this time.
