West Coast artist Snoop Dogg has a long-time history with record label Death Row. Born Calvin Broadus Jr., he released his first album with the label in 1993. In February, Snoop Dogg became the California label’s new owner.

As previously reported, Snoop Dogg purchased Death Row Records, however, the deal doesn’t include the works of West Coast-based artists Dr. Dre, 57, or the late 2Pac. Reportedly, Death Row albums by 2Pac and Dr. Dre weren’t included in Snoop Dogg’s historic business deal due to the albums no longer being on the label.
