Snoop Dogg Gifts NBA Star Stephen Curry His Own Death Row Records Chain [VIDEO]
Looks like professional basketball star Stephen Curry can add an icy chain to his collection of trophies.
Hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg, 50, recently gifted the iconic Death Row Records chain to Golden State Warriors player Stephen Curry, 34. In a video shared to Instagram on August 9, the California rapper presented the Warriors guard with his very own diamond-encrusted bling.
Snoop Dogg wrapped the chain around Stephen Curry’s neck as the pro athlete smiled from ear-to-ear. Showing the respect he has for the 2022 NBA Finals MVP, the “Gin And Juice” rapper wrote in the video’s caption,
“Had to give the MVP his death row chain @stephencurry30 @deathrowrecords”

West Coast artist Snoop Dogg has a long-time history with record label Death Row. Born Calvin Broadus Jr., he released his first album with the label in 1993. In February, Snoop Dogg became the California label’s new owner.
As previously reported, Snoop Dogg purchased Death Row Records, however, the deal doesn’t include the works of West Coast-based artists Dr. Dre, 57, or the late 2Pac. Reportedly, Death Row albums by 2Pac and Dr. Dre weren’t included in Snoop Dogg’s historic business deal due to the albums no longer being on the label.
