Tyrese Issues A Public Apology To Social Media Influencer Zelie Timothy For The ‘Harsh & Hurtful’ Post He Shared During Their Breakup

Tyrese is doing what he can to make things right with his girlfriend again.

On Wednesday (August 10) singing and acting mogul Tyrese took to Instagram to apologize for publicly bashing his girlfriend Zelie Timothy following their break-up last month. Tyrese shared:

“Because certain folks never post about what they are thinking and feeling in life or relationships doesn’t mean they’re not going through anything. I publicly came at you [ you definitely posted with some choice words towards me first 1…. But my words were more harsh and hurtful and so for that Zelie I wanna publicly apologize..”

The 43-year-old continued:

“No one knows what the future holds, but we all know who hold the future and that’s the Lord This time apart has taught us both a lot….. Some good and some bad. Peace is all I want, peace of mind and stability….”

The “How You Gonna Act Like That” singer added:

“I still love you I just hope I can understand you more one day…. Vibrations, Vibrations will rub with you in harmony or rub directly against you…. Prayers for better vibrations joys, magic and blissful levels of happiness. -TG.”

As previously reported, the couple has been working hard to repair their relationship. Zelie Timothy apologized to Tyrese, born Tyrese Gibson, for her behavior on July 19.  Zelie Timothy said:

“@Tyrese When we first got together, we promised each other that we would let nothing get in the way of our love. Not ex’s or social media. Yet, WE’VE been getting in the way of our love. I will not get into anything about what you’ve done and said. I can only speak for myself. The things I’ve done have made you so sad you chose to break that promise.”

Zelie continued:

“Whether I’m right or wrong, I’m sorry. All I have ever wanted for us was to be happy. Going through your divorce, your mother’s passing, your sister, and now your father with vou has been hell, and being your way of escape has been beautiful but There were times that I let my stubbornness get in the way of what we were building. Times where I’ve done things and said things you didn’t like.”

Zelie added:

“With you being my first serious relationship, I thought it would be easy to move on. Yet, with you not being with me, I have realized that the absence of my person is even worse than that. After all this, you’ve made me know that hell is just earth without you. I’ve loved you with everything I have since the day we met. I hope going to these therapy sessions will help us both learn about each other deeper. I want you to know how much I miss you and what you mean to me. I love you.”

The moving apology stems from the couple’s abrupt social media break-up that took place on July 7. As previously reported, Tyrese, born Tyrese Gibson, announced he’s single and his “ex-girlfriend” Zelie (at the time) is up for grabs in a now-deleted post. The ‘Baby Boy’ actor uploaded a video of a snake attempting to strangle a deer, seemingly comparing the 27-year-old to the predator. He said in a lengthy caption:

“Stop trying to convince me that your daughter is not a SNAKE….. I just want to be released from this strong devilish allure the sexual seduction of a masterful manipulator who knows how to [ convince everyone that she’s not mean of there to KILL YOU ] please God RELEASE ME – RELEASE ME FROM YOUR POISON RELEASE FROM YIUR STRONG HOLD RELEASE ME I BELONG TO THE KINGDOM…….”

He continued:

“I have SO MUCH MORE WORK TO DO……….. I am single now and I want everyone to DM have fun with @zelietimothy she’s verified now and wasn’t ready to be married she still wanted to go BIG Zane live her best life……… I want to get married and settle down and really really NEST and embrace the COMFORTS of this FAMILY AND MARRIED LIFE………”

He added:

“ I smoke hookah at home everyday so I don’t want to be in your clubs or around your women I want to stay home and be the hard working family man that I am.”
