Diddy Hit With Wrongful Termination Lawsuit By Woman Who “Falsely” Claimed To Be Kim Porter’s Niece, Says She Was Fired For Being Pregnant & Unmarried
Music mogul Diddy is facing a new lawsuit.
According to reports, the “Gotta Move On” artist is being sued by his twin daughter’s former nanny for wrongful termination. Reportedly, the woman claims her employment with Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs, 52, came to an end after requesting maternity leave. The unidentified woman also claims to be the niece of Diddy’s ex and mother to three of his children Kim Porter. However, sources close to the hip-hop icon later denied that to be true.
Reports state that court documents reveal the woman, who goes by Jane Roe in the suit, claims Diddy terminated her after learning about her pregnancy. Roe alleges she was asked by the musician to move into his estate and be a 24hr nanny to his twin daughters Jessie James and D’Lila, 15, following their mother Kim Porter’s tragic passing. Porter was found unresponsive at her lake home back in 2018 due to complications from pneumonia.
Roe goes on in the suit to state that she became pregnant in 2020, claiming that Puff was “infuriated”, firing her right before the leave was set to begin. The defendant added that she was told by Diddy’s reps she was let go due to being pregnant and unmarried, which “purportedly set a bad example” for his daughters. The music producer has another daughter, Chance, 16, who he shares with ex Sarah Chapman.
Though Diddy has not yet responded to the suit publicly, inside sources have reportedly denied the wrongful termination claim, and says the woman has no relationship to Diddy nor Kim.
