Shaquille O’Neal Supports Adam Levine Amid Cheating Scandal: He’s A Good Man
It looks like Shaquille O’Neal is defending Adam Levine despite his recent cheating scandal.
The NBA legend told sources that the Maroon 5 frontman and his band are set to perform at the Shaquille O’Neal Foundation’s annual fundraising gala, “The Event,” in Las Vegas this coming weekend.
Shaq still feels that Adam Levine is a “good man,” despite allegations that the singer cheated on his pregnant wife and mother of their two kids. Shaq explained,
“Adam is a personal friend of mine. He’s always been a great guy..He’s coming to help kids out this weekend. That’s as solid as you can get.”

He continued,
“It is not my job to say, ‘You did this. You did that. You shouldn’t have did this. You shouldn’t have did that.’ As far as I can say, he’s coming to help kids out this weekend. He’s a good man in my book.”
The athlete noted that while Levine is “going through some things right now,” he has no doubt that the musician will “overcome” the scandal.
As previously reported, Instagram model Sumner Stroh made a TikTok in which she claimed to have had an affair with Adam Levine. Stroh did not provide specific dates as to when the alleged relationship took place but said it lasted a year. She even shared screenshots of alleged Instagram DMs from the musician.
Making matters worse, Sumner Stroh shared an alleged message from Levine where the singer is asking the model if he could name his 3rd child after her since he loves her name so much.

Adam Levine and his wife of eight years, Behati Prinsloo are parents to daughters Dusty Rose, 6, and Gio Grace, 4, and are expecting a third child.

Although the former “Voice” judge denied he had been unfaithful, Adam Levine did admit that it was wrong of him to send inappropriate messages to any woman other than his wife.
On Tuesday (Sept. 20), the Maroon 5 lead singer took to Instagram to share his side of the story. Adam Levine, 43, wrote,
“A lot is being said about me right now and I want to clear the air. I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period in my life.”

Levine continued,
“In certain instances it became inappropriate; I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family. My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it. And we will get through it together.”
This isn’t the first time Shaquille O’Neal has spoken about a celebrity’s cheating scandal.
During a recent episode of his podcast, The Big Podcast With Shaq, Shaquille O’Neal briefly addressed Nia Long and Ime Udoka’s current cheating scandal. The sports analyst made it clear that he was not going to pass any harsh criticism on the matter as that would make him a hypocrite.
“I am going to step down from this conversation. I was a serial cheater. It would be crazy and blasphemous for me to get up here and say, ‘Boom, boom, bam.’ I can’t do that. I know these guys personally. I know they’re going through a lot because I went through a lot.”
