Nipsey Hussle – Lawyer Drops Late Rapper’s Mother As A Client Due To An ‘Irremediable Breakdown’ In Their Relationship
Nipsey Hussle’s mother and her attorney don’t seem to be getting along.
According to RadarOnline, an attorney representing Nipsey Hussle’s mother, Angelique Smith, requested permission from the court to drop his client due to an “irremediable breakdown” in their relationship.

Court documents state that the powerhouse attorney from the Harris Ginsberg LLP firm, Larry A. Ginsberg, says the breakdown has affected the capacity he intended to take to represent Angelique Smith.
Ginsberg claims Nipsey Hussle’s mother is “making it unreasonably difficult to communicate effectively.” According to Ginsberg, he’s spoken with Smith’s son (Nipsey’s brother) Sam about the incident. However, he claims that he’s been unable to serve Smith with information regarding his withdrawal because he wasn’t provided a mailing address.

Ginsberg, who was reportedly hired by Smith in 2019 after Nipsey, born Airmiess Asghedom, was fatally shot, alleges that Smith hired separate representation to deal with the upcoming guardianship battle with Nipsey’s ex-girlfriend Tanisha Foster.
As previously reported, Nipsey’s family has been battling for custody of his daughter Emani. Reportedly, the custody fight started before the rapper passed and has continued on since. His family claims that Tanisha Foster is an unfit parent due to substance abuse and alcohol addiction.

The judge signed off on the request and Ginsberg is officially off the case.
