Nia Long & Ime Udoka Break Up After 13 Years Together Following NBA Coach’s Alleged Affair w/ Staff Member

As many may have expected, Nia Long and Ime Udoka have decided to call it quits.

According to new reports, Nia Long’s, 51, relationship with Ime Udoka, 45, has come to an end after 13 years together. An insider close to the former couple has shared,

“The situation is unfortunate and painful, but Nia is focusing on her children and rebuilding her life.”

A rep for the “You People” actress confirmed they are,

“no longer together but remain fully committed to co-parenting their son [Kez].”

Their breakup follows shocking news of the former Boston Celtics coach cheating on Long with one of his staff members.

As previously reported, The affair initially made headlines in September. As part of his disciplinary actions, just weeks before the start of the 2022-23 NBA season, Udoka was suspended from his coaching duties. It has since been reported that the woman he cheated with served as a team liaison arranging travel, lodging, and game tickets for Celtics family members and is likely to have arranged travel for Udoka’s ex-fiancée, Long.

Long and Udoka got engaged in 2015 and share one child together, 11-year-old son Kez. Long is also the mother to 22-year-old Massai Zhivago Dorsey II.
