Rap star Cardi B has an eerie message for fans considering following in her plastic surgery footsteps.

During a recent instagram live, the 30-year-old musician explained why she advocates for doing research prior to getting work done. Additionally, Cardi B revealed that she recently reversed one of her major surgical procedures.

Speaking on why she decided to once again be open about her surgeries, the “W.A.P.” artist reportedly stated:

 “After I gave birth to my son my a** was f*cking huge…My a** was huge as sh*t putting on that baby weight plus them a** shots…A lot of people thought as soon as I gave birth I got my body done….no b*tch I didn’t,”

Cardi, born Belcalis Almánzar, was speaking about the birth of her now 1-year-old son Wave who she shares with husband Offset. She continued, revealing that she actually removed a significant amount of injections from her butt following her son’s birth, stating:

“In August I did surgery and I removed 95% of my biopolymers… if you don’t know what it is, it’s a** shots. It was a really crazy process…All I’m going to say is right, if you’re young, if you’re 19, 20, 21, and sometimes you’re too skinny, and you be like ‘OMG I don’t have enough fat to put in my a**,’…so you result to a** shots, DON’T F*CKING DO IT…I am super super super super against motherf*cking a** shots,”

Previously, the Grammy winning artist has not been shy about discussing her admiration for going under the knife. Back in 2014, Cardi revealed that she initially got a $800 basement BBL procedure done to enhance her look while dancing in strip clubs. The Bronx native says her skinny figure was ridiculed regularly, leaving her insecure about her body.

In recent years, Cardi has opened about about getting a second breast augmentation, liposuction, as well as rhinoplasty surgery. The procedures were reportedly done after giving birth to her daughter Kulture, who is now 4-years-old. Cardi reportedly revealed in a 2021 interview that bodily enhancements make her feel more “confident”.

However, the hip-hop star advised her 144 million instagram followers to do plenty of research before getting work done. She continued the live, stating:

“When it comes to BBLs, if y’all want advice from me, before you get your BBL done you have to make sure your blood levels are all right,”

“If a doctor says your blood levels are too low or you have diabetes or whatever, don’t do it.”
