One-half of the sister-membered girl band Chloe x Halle, Chloe Bailey, 24, erased much from her social media profile to make room for the new album’s promotional roll-out. Posts from the entertainer’s Instagram page have been deleted, leaving only a single promo video. The Instagram post is captioned with the title of the project and reveals it will be released in the next month.

The project’s release announcement certainly satisfied the actress’s millions of social media followers. Since starting as a solo artist, Chloe has steadily grown in popularity and is often simultaneously scrutinized for her high-energy, racy content. Back in October of last year, the musician opened up about not having as close of a relationship with her parents anymore, which fans suspected is due to her sex-symbol stage persona.

As a young performer, Chloe and her equally talented younger sister Halle Bailey, 22, got their start making cover videos on YouTube. People quickly recognized the duo’s immense vocal talent, which eventually caught the eye of superstar songstress Beyoncé who signed the girls to her Parkwood Entertainment record label.

Together, Chloe and Halle released 2 EPs, 2 albums, and also starred in the Freeform series “Grownish” for several seasons. Following the success of their 2nd studio album “Ungodly Hour” released in 2020, the musical pair set out on other paths. Halle secured the starring role as Ariel in the live-action Disney film “The Little Mermaid.” Meanwhile, Chloe pursued a solo singing career.

To date, Chloe has released several singles that have done fairly well, including “Treat Me,” “Surprise,” and “For The Night” ft. Latto. Her debut single “Have Mercy” has been watched more than 89 million times on Youtube alone. Additionally, the singer has been nominated for several awards from MTV, BET, People’s Choice, and Soul Train.
We excitingly looking forward to her debut project’s release in the coming weeks!
