Young Thug Looks Tired & Defeated While In Court For RICO Case [VIDEO]

Young Thug is seemingly going through it.

As you more than likely know, rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, is currently behind bars for allegedly violating the RICO ( Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations ) Act. On May 9, 2022, the 31-year-old entertainer was arrested in Atlanta on gang-related charges. Young Thug – along with fellow rapper Gunna, 29 – was among 28 people allegedly associated with YSL who were charged in a 56-count indictment filed by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. Young Thug remains in police custody, while many of his associates, including Gunna, have been released after taking plea deals.

Video footage from Young Thug’s most recent time in court seemingly shows the rapper looking tired and defeated. In the clip, which has gained over one million views on Twitter, the rapper hangs his head low before nodding a few times then completely resting his forehead on the table. It’s unclear what (if anything) was to Thug before the emotional moment took place.

It may come as no surprise that Thug is seemingly tired amid his current legal troubles. As previously reported, the “Special” rapper made headlines last week after his co-defendant, Kahlieff Adams, handed him a Percocet pill inside the courtroom during jury selection. Thug’s legal team has since claimed their client had nothing to do with the drug exchange.

Prosecutors filed a motion,
asking the court to “make a finding of fact that Court was delayed on January 18, 2023 because of the actions of Defendant Williams and Defendant Adams.”@wsbtv

More recently, Rodalius Ryan, one of the defendants in Young Thug’s YSL RICO case, claimed a Fulton County deputy assaulted and injured him.
