Rickey Smiley Says He Needs “Therapy ASAP” Following His Late Son’s Home-going

Continue to pray for the entire Smiley family.

As we previously reported, radio personality Rickey Smiley is still mourning the loss of his Brandon Smiley who was laid to rest over this past weekend.

The famed radio host shared moments from his sons service to his social media pages. In one video, you can hear the pastor speaking words about Brandon, who was only 32 at his time of death. At what seems to be the burial site, attendees are gathered close and consoling one another as they await the young comic’s final moments above ground.

In another post, Smiley shared an adorable picture of he and Brandon’s young daughter Storm during the service. The celebrity entertainer wrote as a caption to this pic:

“Me and my Granddaughter Storm getting our praise on”

Additionally, Smiley shared Brandon’s obituary, as well as a picture of him giving his final goodbye’s to his son prior to the service.

Through his grieving process, Smiley also seemingly shared a cry for help. Revealing that he’s not been handling his sons passing too well, he wrote:

“Need therapy asap. PTSd”

At this time the nature of death still remains unclear. We will continue to keep the family in our thoughts and prayers.
