Timothée Chalamet’s friends aren’t feeling his new situationship.

As previously reported, actor Timothée Chalamet, 27, and reality TV star Kylie Jenner, 25, are rumored to be casually dating. They reportedly started seeing each other in April. An insider close to the pair previously spoke on their relationship and said,

“Kylie and Timothée are casually seeing each other, but are trying to keep it low-key. They are becoming more comfortable with each other, but Kylie wants to take things day by day and see where it goes. Her family thinks it’s great that Kylie is doing her thing and they are supportive.”

Well, Kylie Jenner’s family may be supportive of her latest fling, but Timothée Chalamet’s inner circle wants him to leave the mom-of-two alone. According to a report from RadarOnline, those close to the “Dune” actor are concerned that he will inevitably become a victim of the “Kardashian curse.” A source claimed,

“Every guy who dates or marries one of the Kar-Jenners winds up on the scrap heap, wondering what happened to their reputation and career,”

They added,

“Timothée has a bright future. Getting involved with Kylie can lead to everything going up in flames.”

The source continued, mentioning other men who have been involved with the Kardashian/Jenner women and said,

“Every one of those guys left their relationship with a Kar-Jenner worse off than they arrived. Kanye’s a walking trainwreck. Caitlyn is a desperately seeking attention has-been. And Kris and Tristan are both out of the NBA and jeered every time they walk into an arena!”

The insider added,

“The last thing he needs is to become the latest punchline in a [joke] about the Kardashian rejects!”

While sources are adamant that Kylie Jenner will ultimately have a negative impact on Timothée Chalamet’s career, a rep for the actor has reportedly denied that his friends don’t like the makeup mogul.
