Update: (Jul. 17, 2023): Looks like Jordyn Woods and Kylie Jenner have been working on rebuilding their bond for a while now.

The former besties made headlines after being spotted out recently for a late-night sushi gathering in Los Angeles. However, an insider has shared with TMZ that the socialites initially reconnected over a year ago. According to the source, Jordyn and Kylie have been hanging out privately, and their recent link-up was just the first time they were captured by paparazzi.

The source also expressed that despite what some have claimed, Khloé Kardashian never advocated for her sister to stop being friends with Jordyn following the crazy drama with her ex-boyfriend/children’s father Tristan Thompson.

Well, for former best friends Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods… apparently so!

According to reports, over the weekend, Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods were seen heading for a sushi sit-down at a restaurant in Los Angeles.

Following the occurrence, photos of the late-night sighting had the internet up in arms, as both Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods (who were said to have originally connected in 2012) appeared to be happy in flicks of the controversial linkup.

Of course, the meeting came as a shocker to the public, especially since the (once) sister-from-another-mister duo (seemingly) ended their years-long friendship shortly after the big blow-up that involved Jenner’s older sister, Khloé Kardashian, and her then-boyfriend/baby’s father, NBA star Tristan Thompson, in 2019.

If you didn’t know, news broke that Woods and Tristan Thompson had a romantic encounter at a party, leading to a drawn-out media rampage between the Kardashians and Woods.

While many rumors were brought to the forefront, amid an interview with Jada Pinkett Smith’s ‘Red Table Talk,‘ the model/influencer claimed that their interaction was nothing more than a kiss.

Woods shared,

“It was a kiss on the lips, but no tongue kiss. No making out.”

She added in regard to the part that Tristan Thompson played in the situation:

“I don’t think he’s wrong either because I allowed myself to be in that position. When alcohol is involved, people make dumb moves.”

Subsequently, Khloé Kardashian combatted Woods’ sentiments by accusing her of lying.

She said in a fiery Twitter rant,

“If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story!”

Khloé Kardashian continued:

“BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!”

At the time, Khloé Kardashian and alleged serial cheater Tristan Thompson only had their daughter, True. However, the on-again, off-again couple has since welcomed a baby boy (Tatum) through surrogacy.

So far, there haven’t been any direct statements from the Kardashians or Woods about the surprising reunion.

When speaking of where she currently stands with Woods, in 2021, Khloé Kardashian said on live television,

“I don’t have any grudge against Jordyn. I think people make mistakes, people live and they learn, and I forgive both [Jordyn and Tristan]. How could I forgive Tristan and not Jordyn? That sounds asinine… in my opinion.”

She concluded:

“I do forgive Jordyn… or else I would be a prisoner in my life. I have to forgive these people for me, and it’s up to them to forgive themselves and to be accountable and learn and hopefully don’t repeat these same cycles that they’re doing. But, of course, I forgive Jordyn.”

Although Khloé has reportedly forgiven Woods for her actions, fans are still fuming with opinions.
