Soulja Boy’s Baby Mama Hit Blueface w/ Defamation Lawsuit During Night Club Performance Days Before His Probation Violation Arrest

Looks like the mother of Soulja Boy’s son was not playing about taking legal action against Blueface.

Jackilyn Martinez reportedly went the extra mile to ensure her defamation suit against the rapper was delivered and got it done in the nick of time.

According to a report from RadarOnline, Jackilyn Martinez hired a process server to track down Blueface. Records reportedly show the server delivered the legal documents to the rapper, real name Johnathan Jamall Porter, 27, at the Fountain LA nightclub on January 7th at 12:17 am. On January 6th, Blueface and his then fiancée Jaidyn Alexis reportedly had a performance at the venue.

If you recall, the date is just days before Blueface was detained by authorities for violating his probation. As we previously covered, the “Thotiana” artist showed up at an LA courthouse on January 12th to see a judge about the violation – which stemmed from charges related to him assaulting a night club security officer back in 2021 – and was detained on sight. Blueface is still behind bars to date and is reportedly not scheduled to be released until July 2nd of this year.

Seeing as though Martinez was successful at getting her documents to the rapper before his arrest, however, Blueface is now legally required to respond. As one can imagine, this may be a tad difficult for the musician since he is behind bars. His legal war with Martinez began after he made questionable claims about her while arguing with her child’s father Soulja Boy.

The two sparked a beef after the “Pretty Boy Swag” artist, real name DeAndre Cortez Way, 33, took offense to Blueface stating he could beat him and anyone else in a hit-for-hit rap battle. While their banter was initially innocent enough, things took a turn after Blueface alleged he’d been sleeping with Martinez behind Soulja’s back. He even implied the child Martinez and Soulja have together may be his.

Martinez immediately denied the accusations. She wrote on her social media that she sent Blueface a cease and desist letter and suggested she planned to take further action. Her lawyers subsequently stated that she’s been suffering from insomnia and anxiety since the situation occurred, as she’s allegedly been getting threats from Blueface’s fans.

While Martinez reportedly did admit to having “protected” sexual relations with Blueface back in 2018 in court documents, she says their relationship never went beyond that. She is currently suing for an undisclosed amount in damages.
