Meek Mill Says He’s ‘So Blessed’ & Not Worried About His Haters After Being In A Car Crash: ‘The Whole Brake Pedal Slipped Off’

Meek Mill is in good spirits after being involved in a car accident.

The All Eyes on You rapper, 36, shared an update with fans on X (formerly Twitter) Sunday (March 3).

He posted a screenshot of a text message he received asking if he was okay. He replied,

“Yeah [everything] is great in my world”

The person, who he did not name, then told Meek Mill, 

“Ok keep being great f*ck the haters! I was praying for u”

Meek Mill said of the internet criticism,

“I don’t even be seeing it make me look like something going on when people be texting me lol I don’t be seeing it”

He added a caption to his message, writing that he really didn’t see that news of the crash had been circulating online. He continued,

“I am beyond blessed yall… yall letting these bot campaigns and net geeks make yall think this is effecting my life is weird”

Over the weekend, Meek Mill shared a photo of his wrecked car via his Instagram Story.

“God telling don’t crash out for the bustas… ima listen sh*t knocked me out again lol … gmc the whole brake pedal slipped off my first time driving smh”

He didn’t share details of the crash, however, it comes after he was pulled into producer Lil Rod’s sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy. 

The 73-page lawsuit reportedly included multiple redacted names, and it was speculated that Meek Mill was one of them. It states,

“Mr. Combs informed Mr. Jones that he had engaged in sexual intercourse with rapper[5] (REDACTED), R&B singer[6] (REDACTED), and Stevie J.”

The footnotes also add,

 “[5] He is a Philadelphia Rapper who dated Nicki Minaj…[6] He performed at the Superbowl and had a successful Vegas residency.”

Meek Mill, born Robert Rihmeek Williams is a South Philly native who publicly dated Minaj back in 2015. (It was speculated that the male R&B singer is Usher, however, he has not publicly addressed the claims.)

Meek Mill reacted to the rumors, and DJ Akademiks egging on the speculation, and said in part in a social media rant,

“I’m from Philly I don’t do coke or freaky a** molly … nobody won’t even offer me coke because I’m that heavy …. No man or watt would ever approach me about gay activity and the whole place don’t get flipped … woke up seeing this on every blog like they know I’m coming! lol”

Diddy‘s team also responded to the lawsuit as a whole and said in a scathing statement,

 “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
