Porsha Williams Asks Judge To Toss Out Simon Guobadia’s Motion To Obtain Her ‘RHOA’ Contract & Financial Records In Pending Divorce

Porsha Williams is fighting back after her estranged husband Simon Guobadia requested to speak with Real Housewives of Atlanta producers as evidence in their divorce battle.

According to a recent report from RadarOnline, Porsha Williams is accusing Simon Guobadia of trying to “overburden, annoy, harass, and oppress” her by demanding a producer from the Bravo series attend a deposition to speak about her job as a reality star.

As previously reported, the 59-year-old Nigerian entrepreneur filed a motion to have all communications where Porsha Williams spoke about him to RHOA producers be turned in, including storylines for the coming seasons. In addition, Simon Guobadia asked that the producer testifies about her income as a cast member from 2022-2025, including her contract amid her return for season 16.

However, according to new legal documents, the 42-year-old reality TV star is requesting that the judge toss out Simon’s motion because her income and employment is “not relevant whatsoever” to their divorce and prenuptial agreement.

If you didn’t already know, the exes are in a back-and-forth battle over a clause in their prenup which allegedly stated that Simon would leave their martial property within 30 days in the case of divorce.

In the documents, Porsha claimed that her estranged husband only involved her employer to,

“threaten her reputation, career, and ability to earn income.”

Porsha also alleged that Simon subpoenaing her bosses for deposition was,

“not issued in good faith.”

The documents read,

“The Subpoena broadly requests contracts, amendments, memos of understanding, financial documents, all communications, photographs, videos, recordings, tapings, footage or filming, none of which is relevant to do with divorce, or at least no basis has been shown thus far why such an invasive inquiry into would be appropriate or reasonable.”

On top of Porsha wanting the judge to overrule Simon’s request, the RHOA star is demanding that he pay her attorney fees and whatever costs are needed to battle his motion in court.

Porsha filed to split from her husband in February after being married for only 15 months.
