Kendrick Lamar Announces Los Angeles Concert Scheduled For Juneteenth
Kendrick Lamar is officially outside and seemingly doesn’t have plans to go back inside anytime soon!
Earlier today (June 5) the Pulitzer Prize award-winning rapper shared a post online revealing he’s set to take the stage on June 19 (Juneteenth) at the Kia Forum in Inglewood. The event — appropriately labeled The Pop Out Ken & Friends — is presented by pgLang and Free Lunch. Doors will open at 3 p.m. PT but the show won’t begin until 4 p.m.

General ticket sales will start on Friday (June 7) at 10 a.m. PT, however, on Thursday Cash App Card customers have the opportunity to buy tickets before they become available to the rest of the world. This will be Kendrick Lamar’s first live show since he went head-to-head against Toronto rapper Drake. As we covered, last month the two artists had the globe tune in as they released diss records aimed at each other. Many deemed Kendrick Lamar the winner of the heated dispute as he seemed to always be one step ahead of Drake throughout the entire battle.

Amid their back-and-forth, many accusations were thrown around, with Kendrick Lamar labeling Drake and his friends pedophiles and Drake claiming K Dot physically abused his longtime partner/mother of his children.
What are your thoughts on this entire situation? Do you think Kendrick Lamar will preform his diss records? Tell us in the comments below!
