Michael Ealy Trends As Public Believes He Intentionally Ignored Jonathan Majors After Embracing Fellow Actor’s Girlfriend, Meagan Good, In Tight Hug

Actor Michael Ealy has accidentally sparked an interesting debate online.

On Thursday (July 11) footage of the 50-year-old entertainer surfaced on the internet of him having a heartwarming moment with his good friend, Meagan Good, 42.

In the video, reportedly filmed at the PowerPlayers Mix & Mingle event in L.A., an excited Michael Ealy pulls Meagan Good in for a big hug, briefly lifting her off the ground as she smiles ear to ear. After putting her down he then proceeds to happily greet the others in their proximity. However, many who viewed the video believe Michael Ealy intentionally skips over Jonathan Majors when making his pleasantries.

However, an X user shared a longer clip of the video, seemingly showing Ealy briefly acknowledging Jonathan Majors before hugging Meagan Good.

Unfortunately, despite the longer video telling the whole truth, the first video has already gone viral, prompting a debate on relationship politics. Pointing out the awkwardness of the situation portrayed in the first video, one person wrote,

“lifting another man’s girl right in front of his face and not even dapping him up afterwards is diabolical man LMAO Michael Ealy really just like the characters he be playing on tv”

Another jokingly added,

“She had to hold her hat down from flying off her head. Bro took her on a ride. In front of her man. Weeeeeee”

However, others argued the hug wasn’t disrespectful but Michael Ealy appearing to ignore Jonathan Majors was.

“People talking about it was disrespectful to pick her up… no the disrespect part comes when he didn’t even speak to Jonathan. Not a head nod or nothing.”
