Ayesha Curry Seen Crying During Confrontation w/ Police In France After Her & Stephen Curry’s Newborn Son Allegedly Hit During Chaos Amid Team USA’s Win
Ayesha Curry‘s visit to Paris was tainted with a confrontation with local police.
The chef and wife of NBA star Stephen Curry, Stephen Curry’s mother Sonya, and Golden State Warriors teammate Draymond Green were seen in a video on the streets of Paris going back and forth with authorities. While it’s unclear what happened initially, Ayesha Curry wipes away tears multiple times throughout the video as they appear to be stopped from going to their vehicle.
Draymond Green is later heard saying that Stephen Curry and Ayesha Curry’s newborn son, Caius Chai, who was born prematurely in May, was hit in the head, and confronts police for not letting Ayesha and her family leave. A translator on site also says, “Sorry about the baby.” See the video here.
The moment came amid the chaos after The U.S. men’s basketball team, which included Stephen Curry, won a gold medal in the championship.
As of now, Ayesha and Stephen have not said anything about the confrontation.
