YG Seemingly Denies Speculations That He Accused Saweetie Of Being A Liar & Cheater

Rap star YG is shooting down rumors that he accused his girlfriend of being unfaithful.

In an upload to X (formerly Twitter), the musician seemingly addressed growing speculations that he insinuated in a since-deleted post that Saweetie cheated on him.

YG, real name Keenon Dequan Ray Jackson, 34, wrote to X:

“I was at the zoo wit my kids. stop the kap”

The message appears to be a response to all the commotion surrounding an Instagram post where YG shared an emoji of a lion and cheetah. Many social media users interpreted the post as the “Who Do You Love” rapper alluding to allegations of Saweetie cheating on him. As we recently reported, police were called on the couple to intervene in a heated verbal dispute they were involved in earlier this week at their home.

While the nature of the argument remains undisclosed, YG’s quickly deleted post seems to have led many to believe he was taking a subtle jab at Saweetie, real name Diamonté Quiava Valentin Harper, 31. Reacting to his latest tweet, some commenters believe YG is just backtracking and didn’t expect people to decipher his suspected “lying” and “cheating” code so fast. Others used the moment to ridicule the rapper over the entire ordeal.
