Ashanti’s National Anthem Performance Steals The Show At World Series Game 4

Ashanti brought fans to their feet Tuesday night (Oct. 29) as she performed the national anthem ahead of Game 4 of the World Series.

The Grammy-winning singer and proud New Yorker belted out the anthem to roaring applause, with fans cheering multiple times throughout her performance.

Social media was buzzing with praise, with one fan tweeting,

“Ashanti just gave us all goosebumps with that anthem!”

Another joked, “Ashanti saved the #Yankees season,” referencing how the Yankees scored their first win in the series after her performance, holding off the #LADodgers for now.
