DJ Mustard Accuses His Ex-Wife Of Defaming Him Online & Violating Their Divorce Agreement

DJ Mustard claims his ex-wife, Chanel Thierry, has been violating a court order to refrain from publicly trashing each other, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ. He accuses her of portraying him as a “deadbeat dad” by falsely stating that the $275,000 equalization payment he made in their divorce was for back child support, while he insists it was to balance out the division of luxury cars.

Additionally, DJ Mustard alleges Chanel Thierry shared his private medical history by falsely claiming he had cancer, calling her actions “beyond the pale.” He also believes she referred to him as a “Gemini narc” in social media posts, which he interprets as a reference to his zodiac sign.

Though Chanel Thierry reportedly agreed to delete the posts, DJ Mustard says the damage is already done and demands a retraction of what he considers false and defamatory statements. He is also asking the judge to reprimand her for violating the court order, claiming her actions are negatively affecting their three children.
