Diddy Is Allegedly Refusing To Leave His Jail Cell To Delay S*xual A$$ault Lawsuits
Diddy is allegedly refusing to leave his jail cell to delay two s*xual a$$ault lawsuits.
According to court documents obtained by reporter Meghann Cuniff, on Monday (Dec. 30), Tony Buzbee’s co-counsel claimed that Diddy is “refusing to leave his cell to accept service,” causing a hold-up in two lawsuits.
The attorney is requesting to delay the conferences scheduled for January 10 and move them to February, although it appears both legal teams have now agreed on how to proceed.

Diddy’s legal team has not commented on the claim.
This comes as Diddy faces a growing number of s*xual abuse lawsuits while in prison on charges of s*x trafficking and racketeering.
His lawyers recently stated,
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never s*xually assaulted or s*x trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
