Jeannie Mai Calls Police After Allegedly Being Blocked From Retrieving Belongings At Jeezy’s Home Months After Their Divorce
Jeannie Mai and Jeezy’s post-divorce conflict escalated when police were called during her attempt to retrieve belongings from his Georgia home.
On December 9, 2024, Jeannie Mai visited Jeezy’s Georgia home to collect personal belongings but had to call the police after being denied access, according to court documents obtained by In Touch.
Jeezy had packed Jeannie Mai’s items, including awards, photos, and clothing, into boxes stored in his garage. However, Jeannie alleged his house manager, under Jeezy’s orders, refused entry despite a court order allowing her retrieval. Police informed the house manager the order was being violated, but further obstacles arose, including demands for a nondisclosure agreement.
When Jeannie finally accessed the garage, she found her belongings damaged by water and mice. “[Jeannie’s] awards were broken and scratched,” her lawyer noted. Jeannie denied being revengeful, accusing Jeezy of contempt for disregarding court orders. A judge has yet to rule on the matter.
