Diddy Hit w/ Expanded Indictment In Decades-Long S*x Trafficking Allegations, New Victims Revealed
Sean “Diddy” Combs is now facing a superseding indictment in his ongoing sex trafficking case, with federal prosecutors claiming his abuse spanned over 20 years, from 2004 to 2024.
The updated indictment, filed Thursday, does not include new charges but expands on the racketeering conspiracy, now involving additional victims and detailing further misconduct. It alleges that Diddy “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires,” and that he assaulted women and his employees.
Notably, the indictment references a violent video showing Diddy abusing his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in a Los Angeles hotel, and claims he paid $100,000 to suppress the footage. The indictment also details “Freak Offs,” where Diddy allegedly coerced at least three women into sex acts, often recorded and involving drugs to ensure compliance. Diddy remains in custody, with a trial scheduled for May 5.
