Corey Holcomb Files Restraining Order Against Comedian Cristina Payne, Claims She Sucker Punched Him Outside Of Comedy Club
Corey Holcomb is sharing his side of what went down outside of Hollywood Improv in December. theJasmineBRAND previously reported that Corey Holcomb was accused of physically assaulting fellow comedian Cristina Payne during a heated exchange.
Cristina Payne claimed the alleged incident happened amid her and Corey Holcomb’s ongoing feud.
However, Holcomb has now filed a restraining order against Cristina Payne, alleging she sucker punched him outside of Hollywood Improv. He said that Payne allegedly attacked him from behind and hurled profanity-laced rants at him like “Your mother is a b*tch,” and “Your d*** ain’t s***. That’s why your wrist got broke.”
Holcomb clarified that his wrist injury is from skateboarding.
He also alleged Payne’s boyfriend intervened and tried to “play hero.”
A judge denied Holcomb’s request for a temporary restraining order (TRO), however, a hearing is scheduled for early next week and both he and Payne will be able to detail their version of events.
