Rapper Vic Mensa Struggled With S*x & Love Addiction: I was s*xualizing my pain! [VIDEO]
Vic Mensa is opening up about his s*x and love addiction.
In a new video on Instagram, the rapper revealed that he’s been working through his s*x and love addiction after joining S*x and Love Addicts Anonymous. He said it all stemmed from a pattern of s*xualizing his emotional pain and the shame that came with it.
He said part of the program involved writing down every s*xual experience he could remember and breaking down what fueled each one. According to Vic, the underlying motivations were always the same: sadness, escapism, and a need for validation.

He compared the experience to anhedonia, the inability to feel pleasure, and explained that years of chasing extremes like dr*gs, alcohol, and s*x left his brain’s pleasure system imbalanced. Now, he’s retraining his mind to find joy in the simple pleasures of life.
