Azealia Banks Alleges ‘Sniffing Them Drugs’ Caused Lil Nas X’s Facial Paralysis
Azealia Banks is stirring up things with Lil Nas X again— this time, commenting on his recent health scare.
Earlier this week, Lil Nas shared a video from a hospital bed, revealing he had temporarily lost control over half of his face. In response, Azealia quoted the video and wrote:
“Y’all better stop sniffing them drugs”
There’s no indication that Lil Nas X’s condition has anything to do with drug use, and Azealia’s comment seems to be more about reigniting their ongoing beef than showing concern for his health.

If you recall, the two traded shots last year after Azealia claimed Lil Nas “fell off.” He fired back with:
“Azealia i could never make a hit song again and you would still never in ur bussy soap selling chicken sacrificing botched body hating a** miserable life reach a 10th of my success. Love ur music btw.”
Azealia then doubled down:
“You’re a terrible lyricist with pedestrian musical sensibilities… You’re just eye candy for these desperate old white homos in fashion. But where is your music, b*tch?”
Do you think Azealia went too far this time, considering Lil Nas was in the hospital? Or is this just her being Azealia?
