Cardi B Reveals The Hold Up For Her Long-Awaited Sophomore Album: ‘I’m Waiting On Some Features…Where These Girls At?’
Cardi B is telling fans why it’s taking so long for her to drop her second album. She said during a recent livestream,
“I’m waiting on some features. I don’t like to pressure artists ’cause I know everybody be busy. I’m still waiting on them.”
She added,
“Y’all don’t want to miss this opportunity. I’ll sing this sh*t myself! But I really need y’all and I need y’all to hurry up and I love y’all. I feel like nobody want to miss being on this album.”
She said that those who did hear what she has so far “cried” and believe it’s a no-skip album.
“I have to press vinyls, I need these vocals. Where y’all at? Where these girls at?”
She ended by promising vows her album is “iconic” and “one for the f***ing books.”

Cardi B’s debut album, ‘Invasion of Privacy,’ was released on April 6, 2018, and featured hits like “Bodak Yellow,” “I Like It,” and “Be Careful.”
