Diddy Accused Of M@sturbating In Biggie Shirt & Throwing It On Man In New Lawsuit
Diddy is facing more legal trouble.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a man identified as John Doe is suing the mogul for s*xual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and more… accusing him of a disturbing incident involving a shirt that belonged to the late NotoriousBIG.
The man claims that in September 2020, he attended a listening session with Diddy for a #BiggieSmalls project and was later taken to a warehouse in LA where Biggie’s clothes were being stored. There, he alleges Diddy handed out ketamine and that people were “running around” the warehouse on dru*s.
The man says he ended up alone in a room with Diddy, who began watching p*rn on his phone, grabbed a Biggie shirt from a rack, and started masturbat*ng. He claims Diddy told him to “finish” the act but ejaculated into the shirt before he could respond. According to the suit, Diddy then “laughed and tossed the semen-covered garment onto [his] lap and arm,” saying, “RIP Biggie,” before walking out.
The lawsuit also references an alleged incident from 2005 where Diddy reportedly shoved his genitals in the man’s face and told him to “suck it.”
Diddy’s team has not yet responded.
