Some users debated whether the practice is “demonic,” with many defending Solange against critics accusing her of, in their words, using witchcraft.

Others speculated on the timing of the post, suggesting she may be turning to spiritual forces to counter Nicki Minaj amid the rapper’s recent feud with Solange’s brother-in-law, Jay-Z. As we’ve been reporting, Nicki has been on a tirade against Jay, accusing the Roc Nation founder of tampering with her online engagement and owing her money.
