White House Slams Joy Behar Over Trump Criticism, Warns ‘The View’ Could Be ‘Pulled Off Air’
Things are heating up between The View and the White House.
After Joy Behar said on air that Donald Trump is “jealous” of Barack Obama because he’s not “trim” or “happily married,” the White House issued a harsh response to Entertainment Weekly, calling Behar an “irrelevant loser” suffering from “a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.” The statement continued:
“She should self-reflect on her own jealousy of President Trump’s historic popularity before her show is the next to be pulled off air.”

A rep for The View didn’t directly respond to the warning but pushed back on the ratings dig, citing Nielsen data showing the show is “up in total viewers and women 18–49” and currently ranks No. 1 among all network daytime talk shows.
