According to AllHipHop, Judge Arun Subramanian recently denied Diddy’s earlier request to wear non-prison clothes at a separate hearing, stating the defense “did not provide a valid reason.”
The court did not entirely shut down the idea for the October appearance, but the judge made clear that “a detailed justification” must be submitted before approval is granted.
In their revised request, Diddy’s legal team asked for “two sweaters, two shirts, two pairs of pants and one pair of shoes without laces,” noting it’s a smaller list than what he wore during his criminal trial.
That sentencing stems from a guilty verdict on charges related to transporting individuals across state lines for illegal s*xual activity. Diddy remains behind bars as his team seeks a new trial.
Y’all think Diddy is about to be dripped out at his sentencing?
