[VIDEO] Kerry Washington Debuts Her Baby Bump on ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’
The secret, which wasn’t kept too well because of our obsession, is out! Actess Kerry Washington and her NFL’er husband, Nnamdi Asomugha are pregnant. This week, news hit that she was reportedly four months preggo. The actress is yet to confirm the news (via herself or her rep), but moving forward we are all stalking and searching for bumps. Thursday night (the day after news hit) the 36-year-old ‘Scandal’ star appeared on Jimmy Fallon Live. Of course, she didn’t discuss her pregnancy, as I’m sure it was off limits by all parties involved, but she did chat about her upcoming SNL appearance, Halloween (she’s absolutely against dressing up) and a bit about ‘Scandal’. Respect that Kerry (and some other celebrities) try to keep their private lives private BUT c’mon now. I think she is just a little bit ridiculous about not wanting to say absolutely anything about her husband or what’s obvious, her pregnancy. I agree with privacy but there are some things that should not be so much so. Nothing wrong with saying “yes, I’m happily married and we’re expecting”. She doesn’t have to go all into detail but of course her fans want to know! I guess we can forget seeing pictures of that baby or her w/hubby until the child is 12!
…not that she has to say what we all know but there is something about having her expression & a little sharing, if y’all know what I’m sayin!
you are right she doesn’t have to say anything. It is obvious, so why does she have to talk about it? It is what it is. Not a big deal.
I really appreciate that she keeps her personal life private. I don’t always care about what’s going on in a celeb’s life. Call me old school, but I like mystery within a person.
