(EXCLUSIVE) Tia Mowry Settles $200k Legal Battle w/ Agent Over Sponsored Tweets
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Tia Mowry has settled her legal battle with her ex-agent who she accused of taking advantage of a potentially lucrative sponsored tweet deal– with a private settlement being reached this week which ended the lawsuit.
Earlier this year, the actress (whose twin sister is well-known actress and TV host Tamera Mowry) filed suit against entertainment agent Brian Hanley in California Court. She explained in her lawsuit that Hanley worked for Innovative Artists Agency. In 2009, Tia signed a deal with the agency & Hanley to be paid for sending out tweets for companies.
Tia explained that Hanley was to take 10% commission off all her tweet deals. Around 2013 she began
