Jenna Bush Has An Awkward Golden Globes Moment

Jenna Bush Hager, NBC’s “Today” show correspondent, had an extremely awkward moment while hosting the Golden Globes red carpet Sunday night. While interviewing Pharrell Williams, she said to the artist/producer,

So, you’re nominated for ‘Hidden Fences’.

And as expected, Pharrell expressed a look of confusion. See the clip.

#JennaBush accidentally refers to #HiddenFigures as #HiddenFences. Pharrell, who is nominated for best original score, was SUPER confused ?

Pharrell is nominated for best original score for the movie “Hidden Figures” which is centered around three black women working behind-the-scenes at NASA in the 1960s. Meanwhile, “Fences,” starring Denzel Washington and Viola Davis, is a film about on August Wilson’s play. Jenna nor Pharrell have yet to comment on the awkward moment.
